Why Are the Results So Much Better Than Going to a Gym, Hiring a Trainer, or Working Out By Myself?

 

If you’ve tried other gyms, trainers, or workout programs, (or even old-fashioned self-discipline to get in shape on your own), you know they don’t work.

 

Gyms care only about your money. Once you join, who is there to help or motivate you? No one. The aerobics classes are so monotonous and cookie-cutter, that they rarely get you results. Furthermore, most of the trainers at these globo-gyms are high-priced rent-a-buddies bouncing from one job to the next. They’re too busy looking in the mirror to pay attention to what’s happening with you.

High Knee Jacks– Our instructors regularly use high knee jacks to burn fat but these exercises are seriously high in impact & cardiovascular demand.

 

Punch and Lean Lifts– Great for balance and all over toning. Upper Cuts + Kicks – Tone the core, thighs and arms all at once.

 

Tap Rows – We use this exercise to help you focus on working against yourself; it really bumps up your calorie burn & has toning benefits as well.

 

Corkscrew Toe Touches – A standing abs exercise, this one is also great for flexibility and the lower back.

 

Incredible Calorie Burn – We estimate that our kickboxing infused impact workout burns almost 1000 calories per session. That’s more than double other exercises!
